Clinic Staff
Meg Naulty, PT, OCS
Meg started Center of Balance on the north side of Chicago in 1996. She has other offices in the area but wanted to combine the many alternative therapy that compliments traditional medicine into one center, hence, Center of Balance. Center of Balance brings a holistic approach to the treatment of Physical Therapy.
Meg combines her broad knowledge as an orthopedic specialist with training in energetic medicine to address her client's aches, pains, dysfunctions, and fears. Don't be surprised if she slips some education and psychology into treatment as a means to teach you how to heal yourself.
Professional Experience:
Meg has lead Center of Balance and her other private offices since 1989. The centers have always specialized in orthopedics, sports, and work related injuries. She came to run her own clinics after setting up such clinics for the hospitals. She felt she could be more effective delivering patient care at one of her own centers.
Within the hospital setting, Meg worked as Director of Rehabilitation from 1989-1993 and again in 1995-1996. Prior to hospital management, she worked as a staff therapist in both in-patient and out-patient areas (1983-1988).
